First Annual FTMA Film Festival in Stamford 9/25 – 9/28

FTMA -- Sacred Heart University's Masters in Film and TelevisionStamford Innovation Center is very proud to be a sponsor and host of the first annual FTMA Film Festival in Stamford, in conjunction with the great team at Sacred Heart University’s new Film and Television Masters Program.

Sacred Heart University presents the first annual FTMA Film Festival.  Thursday, September 25th – Sunday, September 28th in Stamford, CT.

This is a four-day celebration of film that will include screenings, discussions with filmmakers, and great parties.

Some festival highlights include:
  • 9/25, 4pm Master-Class and screening with screenwriter Anthony Tambakis (“Warrior”) at FTMA Landmark   Register Here.
  • 9/25, 6:30pm: Opening Night Awards Gala with award winning student films and a special honor for screenwriter Anthony Tambakis (“Warrior”) at The Avon Theater  Register Here.
  • 9/26, Noon:  A screening of “Lucky Them” with screenwriter Emily Wachtel at the Avon Theater   Register Here.
  • 9/26, 6:30pm:  A screening of the latest episode of “Boardwalk Empire” with director Allen Coulter at the Stamford Innovation Center  Register Here.
  • 9/27, 11am:  Hitchcock’s “Rope” with film historian and SHU professor Dr. Sid Gottlieb at the Avon Theater  Register Here.
  • 9/27, 5:30pm: FTMA Student Film screenings at The Palace Theater  Register Here.
  • 9/28 12:30 A 30th Anniversary screening of Academy Award Winning “Amadeus” with cast and crew at the Stamford Innovation Center  Register Here.
All of these events and screenings are FREE and open to the public, but we strongly suggest you register for tickets in advance.
